What People are Saying…..
“Our discussion today regarding our triggered self made me feel relieved and hopeful for a brighter future with XXXXXX. I use to be doubtful that our explosive arguments would get better and I felt like it was something we needed to "live with" but today was the first time I felt like this is something that can improve and it made me feel more calm and very hopeful as we embark from being engaged to being married. It also made me less anxious.
I learned a lot about XXXXXX and his emotions about his triggered self. He always says "I am okay" and today I felt proud of him that he was vulnerable and expressed truly how he felt instead of dismissing his true emotions by expressing everything was fine, he expressed his true feelings.”
“It’s unbelievable where I started and where I finished. I learned so much along the way about who I am, my strengths, my barriers and how to overcome them.
It was very empowering. I’m happier now than we’ve ever been and have the close relationships I’ve always wanted.”
“Paula has changed the way my husband and I view coaching and couple counseling, from the very first session she had a very welcoming presence and asked the right critical thinking questions that made it easy to share our feelings and challenges. Each session we are left feeling like we have learned something new about ourselves individually and as a couple. My husband was someone that didn't know how to express his true feelings and each session and now in between sessions he is sharing more than he ever has in our 8 year relationship. Paula is not afraid to tell you like it is and for someone as stubborn as me I can appreciate a good reality check, because on the other side is growth. Highly recommend Paula.”
